We host new, quality goods like prints, screened t-shirts, umbrellas, soap & candles from over 50 local &/or independent Artists & Makers. We're obsessed with Cats, so you will see a fair amount of cat related items. Note: We do not carry consignments, do not buy from the public and do not accept donations (but thank you). PARKING There is a large, cheap municipal parking lot called The Landing 1/2 a block away at 30 N. Lansdowne Ave, Lansdowne, PA. Free to park on Sundays & Holidays, otherwise 25 cents an hour. Head's up the main/only meter for the lot is usually OFF, in which case they do not ticket and it is FREE to park. There are also a few metered parking spots on the street in front/next to Scrappy Cat. There is another large Municipal Parking lot open to the public on Highland Ave (off of Baltimore Ave) directly behind the Dunkin Donuts and next to the Fire Station. That is just a block from Scrappy Cat. There is a Septa Bus Stop at the end of our block. There are bike racks on our block. And we are just 2 blocks from the Lansdowne Train Station on the Media-Center City Philadelphia line. ACCESSIBILITY Here's the full low-down on physical maneuvering around Scrappy Cat. There is one step to get into the shop from the sidewalk. We have a sturdy metal wheelchair ramp that goes over it well. Sadly, we can not leave the ramp out all of the time because it could be a trip hazard. But if you call 215-201-9882 or knock on the front street level window we will be very happy to put it out for you immediately. Once inside, the first floor is flat with throw rugs throughout. The shop is packed with many layers of product so it can be alot of visual input. If you accidentally break something, just tell us, you will not be charged.
