Cure Thrift is a non-profit thrift destination in Manhattan's East Village that benefits juvenile diabetes research and advocacy. Cure Thrift’s founder, Liz Wolff, was diagnosed with type 1 (juvenile) diabetes when she was 11 years old. As a fourth generation garage sale and thrift shop scouring, dumpster diving New Yorker, Liz combined her passion for arts and antiques with her personal mission: to dedicate her life to finding a cure for type 1 diabetes.
